Shipping Questions

We fulfill orders that we receive by 3pm, Pacific Standard Time, same day, Monday - Friday.

Thanks to our smart logistics network, we try to pre-position inventory products in warehouses within 2 day ground shipping for most customers.

To see your total shipping cost, simply add the items you intend to purchase to your cart and enter your destination zip code in the shipping calculator at the bottom of our cart page to see current rates.

Orders with a total pre-tax cart value of $250 or more qualify for Free Shipping.  Free Shipping is not valid on Special Orders, Freight Orders, or to Shipping Addresses located outside the lower 48 contiguous states.

Order Questions

As soon as your order ships, you should receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to track the progress of your shipment.  If it's been longer than 1 business day, and you still haven't received a shipment notification, please reach out to us at firstmate@nextdayboatparts.com

If it's within 30 Days and your item is in new condition, you can easily begin a return by visiting our Returns Center.  You'll need to enter your order number and the email address you used to checkout, to get started.  For more details and full return policies, please visit our Store Policies here.
